Where We Ship From
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Houston, TX. We ship within the
contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or
international destinations at this time.
Processing Time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the
same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays,
will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard Shipping (UPS): 3–5 business days from the date of shipment.
All orders ship via UPS. Carrier selection is not available at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with
your UPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to
update in the UPS system.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following
conditions:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be in its original manufacturer packaging
Item must include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using
a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@redwoodautomationsupply.com
with your order number. Our team will review your request and provide return
instructions and shipping address within 1–2 business days.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item in
acceptable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery at sales@redwoodautomationsupply.com with your order number and
photos of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly.
